Ronald S. Strotman, age 78 of Marble, passed away Sunday evening, February 15, 2026 at Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove in Harrisville.
Born March 24, 1947, in Oil City, he was a son of the late Donald Strotman and Esther Lewis Strotman.
He married the former Kathleen Niederriter on May 3, 1969, who survives.
Ron graduated from Keystone High school. After graduation he joined the U.S. Air Force, serving during Vietnam. He later went to work at a steel mill as a laborer.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Ron is survived by his three children: Rhonda Strotman, Leigh Strotman and Ken Strotman; two grandchildren: Ian Beichner and Seth Beichner; twin brother Donald Strotman and his wife Louise, and brother Michael Strotman and his wife Cathy, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-sister, Beverly Cowatch.
At Ron’s request, there will be no service.
Interment will take place in the Perry Chapel Cemetery, Pine City.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Faller/Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service or Fryburg.
