Nancy J. (McArdle) McTiernan

     Nancy J. McTiernan, age 76 of Venus, passed away Saturday afternoon, March 21, 2026, at UPMC Northwest.

     Born March 29, 1949, in Bronyx, New York, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Georgiana McArdle.

     She attended grammar and high school at St. Barnabas in the Bronyx and was a member of the St. Barnabas Church.

    On May 16, 1970, she married James McTiernan, Jr. in St. Barnabas church and he preceded her in death.

     Nancy worked for J. Robert Morris, Esquire in New York City as a legal stenographer and waitressed at Four Season in Port Jervis and G’s Restaurant in Warwick, New York.

    She enjoyed shopping.

     Nancy is survived by a son and three daughters.

    In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister.

    There will be no services.

    Arrangements are under the direction of the Faller/Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fryburg.
