Lulu Belle Kline, age 89 of Lake Lucy, went into God’s care on Wednesday evening, October 15, 2025 at Oakwood Heights Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Oil City.
Born February 7, 1936 in Wolfe's Corners, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Wolfe and Myrtle Allio Wolfe.
She graduated from North Clarion High School in 1954 and continued her education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Lulu was a high school home economics teacher for North Clarion Co. Schools until her retirement.
She was a member of the Venus Evangelical Church and the Red Hats.
Survivors include four sons: Russell (Camille) Brooks, John (Beverly) Brooks, Denis (Rhonda) Brooks, and David (Tammy) Brooks; one daughter: Donna Lu (Chris) Goode, and two step daughters: Marilyn Lander, and Darlene (Denny) O’Toole.
Lulu is also survived by 22 grandchildren, and over 35 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Donald Russell Brooks, who she married in 1956 and preceded her in death in 1980 and husband Wade “Bud” Kline, who she married in 1988 and preceded her in death in 1998; granddaughter Eileen Patricia Brooks; stepdaughter Carol Kline, and two brothers, Russell “Pat” Wolfe, and Bernard “Pete” Wolfe.
Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the Faller/Rupert Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 19200 Route 208, Fryburg.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2025 in the funeral home with Reverend Andrew Colbert, Lulu’s grandson-in-law, officiating.
Interment will follow in the Amity Cemetery in Newmansville.
