Edward L. Stecki

Edward L. Stecki, 70, of Millerstown passed away unexpectedly on Saturday , January 24, 2015.

Born on December 13, 1944 in Braddock, PA he was the son of Martin M. and Mary Polek Stecki.

On August 5, 1972 he was married to the former Mary Caye Lewis Stecki who survives.

Upon graduating from Braddock High School he moved to this area with a manufacturing plant known as ASR Medical Industries. Most recently Edward had worked for and then retired from Good Tire Service in Knox.

Edward is survived by his wife, a sister Frances Simchak of Murrysville, PA; a brother Larry Stecki and wife Darlene of North Strabane Twp; a sister-in-law Judy Stecki of Murrysville, PA; his mother-in-law Anne Marie Lewis of Shippenville; a brother-in-law Ronald Lewis and wife Donna of Montana; a brother-in-law Paul Lewis and wife Nancy of Knox; a niece Donna Marie Clark Lutz Garland; nieces Kalyn Lewis and Margaret Lewis; a great-nephew Nathan Lutz; a great-niece Sarah Lutz; and a great-step-niece Lauren Garland.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law William “Bill” Lewis, a brother Marty Stecki; a brother-in-law Joseph Simchak; a sister-in-law Sally Lewis Clark.

Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at St.. Michael Church in Fryburg, with Rev. D.G. Davis III Pastor of St. Michael Church presiding. 

Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery following the Mass.
