Candace I Geib

Candace I. Geib, 60, of Oil City passed away November 8, 2015 at UPMC Northwest after a lengthy illness.

Born on April 12, 1955, in Meadville, PA she was the daughter of Jack and Margorie Worlly Geib.

Candace was a home maker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Candace was very close with her daughters and grandchildren. She was beloved by all, she was very caring and a joy to be around. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors and playing pool.

Candace is survived by her long time companion Lawrence L. Wassil of Erie PA. Her daughters: Michelle Halcomb of TN; Nicole Geib of Oil City; Roxanne L. Wassil of Oil City; and Andrea Winger of Franklin. Grandchildren surviving include: Joshua Molands of TN; Nevaeh Hibbard of Oil City; Brett Winger of Franklin; Jade Dahle of Oil City. She is also survived by two brothers, a sister, numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend Karen Boone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.

There will be no public visitation. Faller Funeral Home, Inc. of Fryburg will be caring for the family.
