Adam Lee Eisenman, 21, of Lickingville passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, September 25, 2016.
Born on July 3, 1995 in Titusville he was the only child of Alan Lee Eisenman, who preceded him in death on October 9, 2011 and Donna Lugene Graham who survives.
Adam grew up in Tionesta and Lickingville graduating in 2014 from North Clarion County School, and also received a welding certificate from Clarion County VoTech. He then started work at ITL in Marienville and most recently was employed at Clarion Bathware.
The most important and loved people in Adams life were his dad, momma lu and his daughter. Adam enjoyed playing his Xbox, riding his gator, welding, hunting, getting tat's, going to the farm, and his long list of tight friends. He enjoyed life was so kind, warm, and loving. He will be greatly missed by all who had a chance to know him.
Adam is survived by his mother Donna, his daughter Maeleigh Eisenman who was born on February 21, 2014, his grandparents Robert and Donna Graham, and Nancy and Ray Elder and the late George Eisenman. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his dad Alan, and a step-brother Matthew James Millin who preceded him in death on March 5, 1993.
Friends will be received at the Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg on Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Faller Funeral Home, Inc. in Fryburg.
Interment will be in the Lickingville Cemetery following the service.
Memorials in Adam's honor may be made to American Diabetes Association or the Tionesta Library.
